In my two flights with Iberia, I found the crew to be unfriendly. The seating in economy is the most cramped I've ever experienced. The food was terrible. I will not be flying Iberia again.

Poor. Getting off the plane was a mess. The food was atrocious. The staff was terse. The worst part was how cramped the seating was on the plane. Most cramped I’ve ever been.

The delay was 4 hours, the food was terrible, the crew was ok. I don't think I've seen any one of the crew members smile. My daughter was also on an Iberia flight 5 weeks ago and there was also a delay with her flight at LAX to Madrid. It kept changing from regular time to a 3 hour delay. Because of this she couldn't get the ride to the airport that she had planned, but instead had to get in her car, drive to LAX and park in a private parking which ended up costing $400 a week later when we picked up the car. Needless to say, we will not be going with Iberia/American Airlines in the future. The airline didn't even offer something in return for the 4 hour delay in Madrid. They could have offered free Wifi, a voucher, something...

Was supposed to be Iberia flight switched to British Airways then the plane was switched crammed in between two screaming babies for the entire flight.

Since I was put on standby from Seattle to London (overbooked flight) because I did not pay extra to reserve a seat (ticket purchased 4 months ago), I spent an extra $119 on the return to make sure I wasn't bumped to another flight. Otherwise, my return flight was fine. Kayak and BA should include a warning/ notice that the UK requires a visa when entering (this comment relates to my flight to the UK). And they should include a warning that if you do not pay extra for a seat, you will be first to be bumped on an overbooked flight, regardless of when you purchased your ticket.
